1. Bookings & Flexible Cancellation

How to Book: Reserve via our website, email, WhatsApp, or partner platforms.
Cancellation Policy:
We’re happy to offer free modifications or cancellations up to 24 hours before departure.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund.

In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or unexpected operational circumstances), you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule or choose an alternative tour.

2. Secure Payments

Deposit: 50% via credit card (online) or bank transfer (fees apply).
Balance: Pay in cash (USD/CLP) on tour day or online pre-tour.

3. Safety & Compliance

Insurance: All vehicles meet Chilean Ministry of Transport standards with mandatory passenger insurance.
Team: Licensed bilingual guides expert in Santiago’s culture, history, and hidden gems.

4. Pick-Up & Punctuality

Free Pickup: From your Santiago/Valparaíso hotel/Airbnb (5-min early readiness required).
Late Policy: 15-minute max wait; no-shows forfeit payment.
Remote Locations: Meet at designated central points (notified pre-tour).

5. Responsibility & Sustainability

Belongings: We’re not liable for lost/stolen items during tours.
